The agreement

Musafy is operated by Safar Technologies Private Limited. Using it means accepting these terms. If you are signing up for an agency, you are confirming you may bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for what your staff do under your account. Sign-in codes go to the phone or email on the account — keep both current, and remove people who leave.

Your data is yours

Your packages, customers and bookings remain your property. We claim no licence over them beyond what is needed to run the service for you. Export them whenever you want.

Your travellers are yours

We do not contact your travellers, market to them, or use your catalogue to promote another agency. There is no Musafy branding on your storefront and no marketplace pulling your customers elsewhere.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees, plus GST. An upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro rata. A downgrade applies at the start of your next cycle. Prices can change with thirty days' notice.

Plan limits

Each plan carries limits on packages, domains, storage and monthly emails. Reaching a limit stops new records being added — it never takes your website offline or deletes anything.

What you may not do

Sell anything unlawful, send bulk mail to people who did not ask for it, misrepresent a licence or accreditation you do not hold, or attempt to reach another agency's data. Any of these can suspend an account.

You sell, we host

Every contract for travel is between your agency and your traveller. We are not the travel agent, the carrier or the hotelier, and we are not a party to your bookings. Payments settle into your own gateway and we take no commission.

Uptime and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, with priority support on the Scale plan.

Ending it

Cancel from the panel at any time; the service runs to the end of the paid cycle. We may end the agreement for non-payment or a serious breach, with notice where the circumstances allow it.

Liability

Our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profit or lost bookings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Indian law, with courts at Hyderabad having jurisdiction.
