Terms of service

The agreement

Musafy is operated by Safar Technologies Private Limited. Using it means accepting these terms. If you are signing up for an agency, you are confirming you may bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for what your staff do under your account. Sign-in codes go to the email address on the account — keep it current, and remove people who leave.

Your data is yours

Everything you put here — your packages, customers, enquiries, bookings, pages and the rest — remains your property. We claim no licence over it beyond what is needed to run the service for you, and you can export it from the panel whenever you want.

Your travellers are yours

We do not contact your travellers, market to them, or use your catalogue to promote another agency. There is no Musafy branding on your storefront and no marketplace pulling your customers elsewhere.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees, plus GST, on the date you first paid. The price you subscribe at is locked for as long as you stay subscribed; a change to a plan's price applies to new subscriptions. An upgrade is charged pro rata for the days left in your month and applies once it is paid. A downgrade or cancellation applies when the month you have paid for ends. A renewal unpaid 3 days after it falls due moves your account to the free plan.

Plan limits

Every plan includes every feature. Each carries limits on websites, custom domains, packages of each kind, visa entries, gallery images and enquiry emails a month. Reaching a limit stops new ones being added — when the month's enquiry emails are used, enquiries are still saved and only the emails wait for the next month. A limit never takes your website offline or deletes anything, including after a move to a smaller plan.

What you may not do

Sell anything unlawful, send bulk mail to people who did not ask for it, misrepresent a licence or accreditation you do not hold, or attempt to reach another agency's data. Any of these can suspend an account.

You sell, we host

Every contract for travel is between your agency and your traveller. We are not the travel agent, the carrier or the hotelier, and we are not a party to your bookings. Payments settle into your own gateway and we take no commission.

Uptime and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, and is the same on every plan.

Ending it

Cancel from the panel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and then your website moves back to its free address. We may end the agreement for a serious breach, with notice where the circumstances allow it.

Liability

Our liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profit or lost bookings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Indian law, with courts at Hyderabad having jurisdiction.
