Ten modules, one admin panel.
Each module is a part of the same catalogue and the same customer record — not an add-on you bolt on and reconcile later. Below is the whole product, in the order it was built.
- 01
Website & domain
A subdomain the moment you sign up, a custom domain when you're ready, and a certificate issued and renewed for you. Pages, menus and blog on a theme engine of layouts and ordered sections — every page revisioned and restorable.
- 02
Hajj & Umrah packages
Makkah and Madinah nights, hotels with star rating and distance from the Haram, room sharing, airlines and flight legs, inclusions and exclusions, a day-by-day itinerary, and a price matrix of sharing type against season.
- 03
Holiday packages
Domestic or international, multi-destination with nights per stop, activities by day, transport and meal plans, per-person or per-room pricing, group discount tiers, and categories from honeymoon to pilgrimage — each with its own landing page.
- 04
Visa services
A visa option per country and type, with processing days, validity, entry type, and the government fee kept separate from your service fee. A document checklist per option, and an application that moves from draft to delivered with one upload row per item.
- 05
Enquiries, leads & bookings
An enquiry form on every package page opens a lead with an owner, a value and a follow-up date. Quotes are versioned. Bookings carry travellers with passport data, payments through your own gateway, uploaded documents, coupons and moderated reviews.
- 06
SEO
Clean slugs on everything public, meta and Open Graph per record, structured data by type — TouristTrip for packages, Product for visas — a sitemap rebuilt on publish and nightly, and redirects checked before routing so a renamed page never 404s.
- 07
Plans, billing & usage
Your plan's allowances are read on every request, so an upgrade takes effect immediately. Usage is rolled up daily per metric and shown against your own limits — the same figures an operator sees, so the two screens cannot disagree.
- 08
Email, SMS & notifications
Bring your own provider — Gmail, Outlook 365, Zoho, SendGrid, Mailgun, SES, Postmark, Brevo, Twilio, or any SMTP host. Credentials are encrypted per agency and never handed back. Every send is logged with the reason it failed, if it did.
- 09
Apps, API & custom fields
Scoped API keys with their own rate limit, signed webhooks with retries and a delivery log, installable apps that can contribute new page sections, typed custom fields with no migration, version history with one-click restore, and CSV import and export with an error report.
- 10
Languages & markets
Locales per agency with a right-to-left flag, so Arabic and Urdu read properly. Translations are per field, so one package can carry three languages. Display currencies let a traveller browse in theirs while you settle in yours.

Most agencies live in the first two. The rest are there for the day you need them.
