Refund & cancellation

Try it without paying

The free plan needs no card and does not end. You can build your website, add packages and see the whole panel before you pay us anything — which is the honest answer to most refund questions.

30 days

If you pay for a plan and it is not what you expected, cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — with any upgrade top-ups you paid in those 30 days, and the GST on them. No reason required. Your plan ends when the refund is made, and your website moves back to its free musafy.in address.

After that

Plans are billed monthly in advance, on the date you first paid. Cancel at any time in the panel and your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then does not renew; you can undo the cancellation until that day. We do not refund part-used months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Upgrades and downgrades

An upgrade is charged pro rata for the days left in your month and takes effect the day your payment reaches us; your renewal date does not change. A downgrade takes effect when the month you have paid for ends, and the difference is not refunded for that month.

If a renewal is not paid

Your plan carries on for 3 days after the renewal date. If it is still unpaid then, your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

What we do not refund

Renewals. Only your first payment, and the upgrade top-ups paid within 30 days of it, can be refunded.

If we cancel

If we withdraw the service, or end your account for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we refund every unused day.

Your website and your data

When a paid plan ends, your website moves back to its free musafy.in address and your own domain redirects there. Nothing is deleted: your packages, enquiries and bookings stay, and you can pick a paid plan again whenever you like. Export them yourself from the panel at any time.

How a refund reaches you

To the account or card you paid from, within seven to fourteen working days of us agreeing it. Write to billing@musafy.in with your account name.
